For a streamlined and professional rental process, please note the following guidelines:

Pickup Location:
All rental items are available for pickup at our store.

Google Form Submission:
Before picking up any rental item, kindly complete the required Google form. This step ensures a smooth and efficient transaction.

Deposit Requirement:
A cash deposit is mandatory for all rentals. This deposit serves as security and will be refunded upon the safe return of the item.

Pre-Rental Inspection:
To maintain transparency, pictures of the rental item will be taken before issuance to the customer.

String Customization:
Customers requesting a different string from the standard offering are required to cover 50% of the new string's total cost.

String Breakage Policy:
There are no additional charges for broken strings incurred during the customer's usage of the racket.

Racket Condition:
A penalty fee will be applied if there are any visible cracks or chip-offs on the racket after the customer has utilized it. We encourage users to handle rented equipment with care.

Payment For Late Return:
To ensure a fair and smooth process, kindly be aware that a Late Return fee will be applied if the racket is returned after the agreed-upon day. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, and we're here to make your experience as seamless as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Should you decide to purchase the racket or paddle, we've got a delightful offer for you. You can seamlessly transition from renting to owning by using both the rental fee and deposit to offset the total cost of your brand-new racket or paddle.
